Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Leandre platform, available at leandre.ai and uk.leandre.ai (the “Service” or the “Platform”), operated by NL MARKETING FZCO (“Leandre”, “we”, “us”). They set out your rights and obligations, and ours, when you sign up, browse or take out a subscription on the Platform (“you”). By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.
1. Who we are
The Service is operated by:
- Company name: NL MARKETING FZCO
- Legal form: free zone company (Free Zone Company – FZCO)
- Registered office: Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
- Registration: Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority (DSOA), United Arab Emirates
- EU VAT number: not applicable (company established outside the European Union)

The Service is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, United States (vercel.com).
2. Purpose and scope
These Terms explain how we make the Service available to you, and the conditions for buying the subscriptions and credits offered on the Platform.
They apply to the exclusion of any other terms. Placing an order or taking out a subscription means you accept these Terms in full, unless we have agreed otherwise with you in writing beforehand.
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the law or in the Service. The Terms that apply are those in force on the date of your order or of your use of the Service. If we make a significant change that affects a current subscription, we will tell you in advance by any appropriate means (email or in the app), and you will be able to cancel your subscription as set out in section 10 before the change applies.
3. The Service
Leandre is an online software platform (SaaS) powered by artificial intelligence, designed to help you create and launch an online business, particularly in dropshipping. Depending on your plan and your available credits, the Service gives you access to features such as:
- product research and analysis (product catalogue);
- creating a logo and brand identity elements;
- generating a complete online shop and publishing it on a .leandre.ai address, with an editor to change its text, images, products and prices;
- taking payments for the sales made on your shop, through your own Stripe account (see section 3a);
- reserving and connecting a custom domain name (paid option);
- producing ad visuals, particularly for social media (Meta, TikTok);
- generating UGC-style videos featuring presenters created by artificial intelligence;
- access to online training and a help centre.
The Service is a tool to help you produce content. It provides technical means, suggestions and automatically generated content, but it does not guarantee any commercial result, turnover, income or success. We do not provide investment, legal, tax or accounting advice.
We may develop, improve, change or remove features of the Service to improve its quality or to reflect technical changes, provided that the essential features of your plan are maintained. If a change significantly affects your plan to your disadvantage, you may cancel it and we will refund any amount you have paid in advance for the period after cancellation.
3a. Sales on your shop and custom domain name
3a.1 Payments for your sales
Sales you make to your own customers on the shop you create are paid through your own Stripe account, which you create and connect to your shop yourself. We are not a party to those sales, we do not receive the money from them, and we are not involved in the relationship between you and your customers, or in sourcing, delivering or providing after-sales service for the products you sell. These are your sole responsibility (section 9).
3a.2 Custom domain name (Brand Pack)
If you have a subscription, you can add a custom domain name linked to your shop as an option (Brand Pack). The domain name is registered with a partner registrar and billed as a monthly subscription (section 5). Availability depends on the registrar: if the domain is unavailable or its registration fails, we will refund what you paid for it. If you do not renew this option, we stop renewing the domain name, and your shop’s .leandre.ai address remains usable as long as the relevant subscription is active.
4. Signing up and your account
4.1 Who can sign up
You need an account to use the Service. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you have full legal capacity to enter into a contract and, if you act for a business, that you are authorised to bind the business you sign up for.
You agree to give accurate, complete and up-to-date information when you sign up, and to keep it up to date. We may suspend or close an account created with false, inaccurate or incomplete information.
4.2 Keeping your login details safe
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential. We will treat actions taken from your account as yours, unless you have told us that your details have been compromised or the misuse results from a failure on our side. If your login details are lost, stolen or used without your permission, please tell us straight away at support@leandre.ai.
4.3 Your account is personal
Your account is strictly personal. Unless we expressly agree, you must not share, transfer, resell or make your account, your access or your credits available to anyone else.
5. Plans, subscriptions and prices
5.1 Our plans
The Service is available through the following options:
- Free trial: free sign-up with a 3-day trial and 25 free credits, so you can try the Service within that time, that credit balance and the related features. Publishing a shop requires a paid plan;
- Creator plan (“My shop”): your shop, generated and then published on its .leandre.ai address, with the shop editor, payments through Stripe, order management and the help centre. This plan does not include the training, the product catalogue, the AI content generators (logos, visuals, brands, videos) or creating new shops. Prices: £18.99 per month, £29.99 for 3 months or £69.99 per year, each option renewing at the price of the period you chose;
- Pro plan: all the tools to create and promote: product catalogue, creating and publishing unlimited shops, logos, brand identities, ad visuals, the full training and 100 credits per month. Price: £39 per month or £180 per year (1,200 credits per year);
- Elite plan: everything in Pro, 300 credits per month, UGC video generation with voice and priority replies from support. Price: £59 per month or £468 per year (3,600 credits per year);
- Options: custom domain name (Brand Pack) at £14.99 per month (subscribers only); one-off credit top-ups of 100 credits for £9 and 250 credits for £19.
The Creator plan and the Pro or Elite plans can be combined: the Creator plan keeps your already-created shop online, while the Pro and Elite plans give you access to the tools. The exact content of each plan, the number of credits included or allocated each period and the related features are shown on the Platform when you subscribe. This information forms part of these Terms.
We may run promotional offers on the first subscription period (for example a discount on the first month). In that case, both the first-period price and the renewal price are shown before you confirm your order, and your subscription renews at the renewal price shown.
5.2 Prices
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include all applicable taxes, as displayed when you subscribe; details of any applicable taxes are shown during checkout. We may change our prices at any time. New prices only apply to subscriptions taken out after they come into force: a current subscription keeps renewing at the renewal price shown when you took it out, and we will give you at least thirty (30) days’ notice of any change to that price, with the option to cancel before it applies.
5.3 Automatic renewal
Subscriptions run for the period you choose (one month, 3 months or one year, depending on the plan) and renew automatically for successive periods of the same length at the end of each period, until you cancel as set out in section 10. There is no minimum commitment: you can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
From your account (Settings, then “Manage my subscription”), you can also, without cancelling, pause payments for thirty (30) days while keeping your access or, once per subscription, get thirty (30) free days that push back your next payment by the same amount. We may also, as a goodwill gesture, move a payment date by giving you free subscription days; this does not change the price or the terms of your plan.
6. Payment
6.1 Payment provider
Payments for subscriptions, options and credit top-ups are made by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay and processed through the payment platform Whop, a third-party provider, and its own payment service providers. When you pay, you also accept that provider’s applicable terms and privacy policy.
We do not have access to, and do not store, your full card details: they are collected and processed securely by the payment provider.
6.2 When payment is due, and failed payments
Subscription payments are taken in advance, when you subscribe and then at each renewal. If a renewal payment is declined or fails, the payment provider automatically retries it and we will email you so you can update your payment method. You keep access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for; if the payment has not gone through by then, your subscription ends, your shop goes offline and access to paid features is suspended as set out in section 10.3.
6.3 Invoices
A payment confirmation and, where applicable, an invoice are made available to you electronically, either directly or through the payment provider.
7. How credits work
Some features of the Service, particularly AI content generation, use “credits”. Credits are an internal unit on the Platform that give you access to those features.
- The number of credits used by each action depends on the feature and is shown on the Platform. At the date of these Terms: logo 1 credit, ad visual 1 credit, product photo, banner or UGC photo 2 credits, complete shop 5 credits, UGC video 15 credits.
- Credits are given when you sign up (25 free credits), included in the Pro plan (100 credits per month, 1,200 per year) and the Elite plan (300 credits per month, 3,600 per year), and available to buy as top-ups (100 credits for £9, 250 credits for £19). The Creator plan does not include credits.
- Credits have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are not refundable or transferable, except where the law requires otherwise.
- At each renewal of a Pro or Elite subscription, your included credit balance is reset to the amount set by your plan; included credits you have not used during a period do not roll over to the next one. The conditions for top-up credits are shown when you buy them.
- Free or promotional credits may come with specific conditions and may expire.
Credits used for a generation are deducted once the operation has started, including when the result does not fully match what you expected, which is inherent to the probabilistic nature of artificial intelligence. We may, at our discretion and as a goodwill gesture, re-credit your account if a proven technical fault on our side occurred. This does not affect your legal rights if the Service or the digital content we supply is faulty (see section 13).
8. Your 14-day right to cancel
8.1 Your right to cancel
If you are a consumer, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 give you the right to cancel your contract within fourteen (14) days, without giving any reason. The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day the contract is made (the day you subscribe or buy credits).
8.2 When the Service starts straight away
Leandre gives you immediate access to digital content and to an online service. When you subscribe or buy credits, you ask us to start supplying the Service straight away, during the cancellation period, and you acknowledge that:
- for digital content (for example credits used to generate a shop, logos, visuals or videos), you lose your right to cancel once the supply has started, that is once you have started using those features or credits;
- for the service part of your subscription, if you cancel within the 14 days, we may deduct an amount in proportion to what has been supplied up to the time you tell us you want to cancel. If the service has been fully provided within the 14 days, you no longer have the right to cancel.
We ask for this request and this acknowledgement when you subscribe or when you first use paid features.
8.3 How to cancel
To exercise your right to cancel, send us a clear statement by email to support@leandre.ai (for example: “I wish to cancel my Leandre subscription taken out on [date] with the email address [email]”). You may use the model cancellation form below, but you do not have to. If a refund is due, we will make it within 14 days of receiving your cancellation, using the payment method you used.
Model cancellation form. To NL MARKETING FZCO, support@leandre.ai: I hereby give notice that I cancel my contract for the supply of the following service: [plan or credits]. Ordered on: [date]. Name: [your name]. Email address used for the order: [email]. Date: [date].
9. No guarantee of results, and your responsibilities
The Service is a tool to produce content and to help you. You keep full control of, and full responsibility for, how you use the content generated and for the business you run, in particular your online shop and the sales you make on it.
In particular, you alone are responsible for:
- making sure your business, your products and your commercial practices comply with the applicable laws and regulations (consumer law, competition law, product safety, tax, employment obligations, etc.);
- respecting the rights of others, including intellectual property rights, image rights and data protection;
- the truthfulness, lawfulness and accuracy of the information, claims and visuals you publish, including those generated through the Service and then published by you;
- complying with the terms of use of the third-party platforms you use (including Meta and TikTok, and any e-commerce or payment solution);
- your reporting, tax and accounting obligations relating to your business.
We are not responsible for your business decisions or for the consequences of publishing or using the content generated. You agree to check and, if necessary, adapt any generated content before publishing it.
10. Term, cancellation and suspension
10.1 Cancelling your subscription
Subscriptions have no minimum term. You can cancel at any time from your account settings on the Platform (Settings, then “Manage my subscription”) or by emailing support@leandre.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period you have already paid for, whether monthly, 3-monthly or yearly; no pro-rata refund is due for a period that has started, except where the law requires otherwise (including your 14-day right to cancel in section 8). At the end of that period, your subscription does not renew and access to paid features ends. If you have several subscriptions (for example Creator and Pro), you can cancel each of them separately.
10.2 Suspension or termination by us
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, use the Service fraudulently, abusively or unlawfully, fail to pay, or compromise the security or integrity of the Service. Where the nature of the breach allows, we will first give you notice asking you to put things right.
10.3 What happens when your subscription ends
Cancellation, or failure to pay a renewal, means that at the end of the paid period your shop goes offline and you lose access to paid features and, where applicable, to unused credits, subject to mandatory legal provisions. Your shops, brands and content are kept for at least fourteen (14) days after that date, during which taking out a new plan lets you get them back as they were; after that, we may delete them. Please save any content you want to keep before your access ends.
11. Intellectual property and generated content
11.1 The Platform
The Platform, its software, databases, trade marks, logos, visual identity and all its components are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of Leandre or its partners. Nothing in these Terms gives you any ownership rights in the Service itself.
11.2 Content you provide
You keep the rights in the content, text, images or other material you upload or enter on the Platform. You confirm that you hold the necessary rights in that material, and you give us a licence to use it solely to provide the Service.
11.3 Content generated through the Service
Provided you have paid all amounts due and comply with these Terms, we grant or assign to you the rights needed to use the content you generate through the Service (logos, visuals, videos, text), including for commercial purposes, within the limits of the rights we hold ourselves and of the terms of the third-party technologies and providers involved. You use that content under your sole responsibility, in line with section 9.
Because of the nature of artificial intelligence, identical or similar content may be generated for other users, and some generated content may not be protected by copyright. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, misleading, defamatory or infringing purpose, or in a way that breaches the rights of others.
12. Availability of the Service and maintenance
We take reasonable steps to keep the Service available and working properly, and we provide it with reasonable care and skill. We cannot, however, guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Access to the Service may be suspended temporarily, in particular for maintenance, updates or fixes, or because of events outside our control or failures of third-party providers (host, payment provider, AI model providers, third-party platforms). Where possible, we will tell you about planned interruptions in advance.
13. Our liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (for example, that the Service is provided with reasonable care and skill, and that digital content is of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described).
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these Terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.
We are not responsible for content generated by artificial intelligence insofar as it is produced automatically and probabilistically, for how you use it, or for your business decisions. Nor are we responsible for problems caused by you, your equipment, your connection or third-party services. As the Service is a tool for building a business, we are not liable to you for loss of turnover, profit, customers, data or business opportunity.
Subject to the paragraphs above, our total liability to you under these Terms is limited to the amounts you have actually paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
14. Personal data
When you use the Service, we process personal data in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. How we use your data, why, how long we keep it and your rights (access, correction, erasure, objection, portability, restriction) are explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. For any question about your data, email support@leandre.ai.
15. Your commitments
You agree to use the Service fairly and for its intended purpose. In particular, you must not:
- use the Service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, or in a way that is contrary to public order or decency;
- interfere with the operation, security or integrity of the Platform;
- try to access accounts, systems or data without permission;
- get around technical limits, including the credit system or the restrictions attached to each plan;
- generate, publish or use content that is illegal, misleading, infringing or that breaches the rights of others.
Any breach of these commitments may lead to the suspension or closure of your account (section 10.2), without prejudice to any other remedies we may have.
16. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including major failures of telecommunications networks, energy suppliers, our host or third-party providers essential to the Service. If such an event happens, we will let you know and do what we reasonably can to limit its effects.
17. General
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the Terms remain in full force. If we do not enforce a breach of these Terms straight away, this does not mean we have waived our right to do so later.
You may not transfer these Terms or your account to anyone else without our prior written consent. We may transfer these Terms, in particular as part of a reorganisation, merger or sale of our business; if we do, we will make sure your rights under these Terms are not affected.
18. Complaints and disputes
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at support@leandre.ai so we can try to put things right.
If we cannot resolve your complaint, you can get free, independent advice from Citizens Advice (citizensadvice.org.uk) in England and Wales, Advice Direct Scotland (consumeradvice.scot) in Scotland, or Consumerline (nidirect.gov.uk/consumerline) in Northern Ireland. At that stage we will also tell you whether we are willing to use an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme.
19. Governing law and courts
These Terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer living in the United Kingdom, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection given to you by the mandatory provisions of the law of the part of the United Kingdom where you live.
If you are a consumer, you can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, depending on where you live, and we can only bring proceedings against you in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where you live. If you use the Service for business purposes, disputes will be submitted to the courts with jurisdiction for our registered office, subject to any mandatory rules.
20. Acceptance and contact
By ticking the acceptance box when you sign up, by taking out a subscription or by using the Service, you confirm that you have read these Terms and accept them. For any question about these Terms, you can contact us at support@leandre.ai.
