This legal notice tells you who is behind the website at leandre.ai and the app at uk.leandre.ai (together, the “Site”), and who is involved in creating and running them.

4. Description of the services

The Site offers an online software platform (SaaS) powered by artificial intelligence, designed to help its users create and grow an online business. The services include product research, creating brand identity elements, generating online shops, producing ad visuals and videos, and other features described on the Site.

Some features are available for free, while others are available with paid subscription plans. The conditions of use, subscription, billing and cancellation of the services are set out in our Terms & Conditions, which we invite you to read.

5. Payments and subscriptions

Payments and the management of subscriptions taken out on the Site are handled through the payment platform Whop, operated by Whop Inc. Leandre does not have access to its users’ full card details, which are collected and processed directly by the payment provider and its partners in secure conditions.

The financial terms that apply (amounts, frequency, renewal, right to cancel and cancellation) are set out in our Terms & Conditions.

6. Intellectual property

6.1 Protected elements of the Site

All the elements that make up the Site, including (without limitation) its structure, text, software, source code, databases, graphics, logos, trade marks, domain names, illustrations, sounds and videos, are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of the Publisher or of its partners who hold the corresponding rights.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation, extraction or use of all or part of these elements, by any means and on any medium, without the Publisher’s prior written permission, is prohibited and may infringe the Publisher’s intellectual property rights.

6.2 Trade marks and distinctive signs

The “Leandre” brand, the leandre.ai domain name and the logos and distinctive signs shown on the Site belong to the Publisher. Anyone who uses these signs without permission is liable for doing so.

6.3 Content generated by artificial intelligence

The Site offers features that generate content (in particular text, visuals, videos and brand identities) using artificial intelligence. Provided the user complies with the Terms & Conditions and pays any amounts due, the content generated from the user’s instructions may be used by the user under the conditions set out in those Terms.

The user remains solely responsible for how they use generated content and for making sure it complies with the applicable laws and regulations, in particular intellectual property, trade mark law, image rights and fair trading rules. Leandre does not guarantee that AI-generated content is original, accurate or free from third-party rights.

6.4 Content published by users

Users keep ownership of the content they upload or send to the Site. They confirm that they hold all the rights and permissions needed to use it, and grant the Publisher, strictly as far as needed to provide the services, the rights required to process that content.

7. Personal data

When you use the Site, the Publisher collects and processes personal data about its users, as controller, in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Under the applicable rules, you have in particular the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK supervisory authority (ico.org.uk).

The Publisher does its best to make sure the information on the Site is accurate and up to date. It cannot, however, guarantee that this information is complete, precise or error-free; it is provided for information only and may change.

The Site and its services are provided without any guarantee of results. The information, content and tools made available, including content generated by artificial intelligence, do not constitute professional, legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. Users remain solely responsible for the decisions they make and for the businesses they build using the services.

Subject to mandatory legal provisions, the Publisher is not liable for damage resulting from an interruption, unavailability or malfunction of the Site, from viruses, or from the way users use the content and services. The Site may contain links to third-party websites whose content the Publisher does not control and for which it accepts no responsibility.

10. Governing law and courts

This legal notice is governed by French law. If you are a consumer living in the United Kingdom, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the part of the United Kingdom where you live, and you can bring proceedings in its courts.
